Program for 30 days

The 30-day program is intended for clients who want to reduce more than 3 kg of their weight. A reduction of up to 6 kg can be achieved during this program. This 30-day program is an ideal solution for clients who want to reduce more of their weight and reduce their BMI. To maintain the reduced kilograms, we recommend continuing with a long-term stabilization program after the end of the reduction.

Phases of the program

The 30-day program is divided into 4 phases 3+1, 3+1, 2+2 and 1+3.

  1. In the first phase of the program (3+1), three MAHONY DIET protein meals and one real meal prepared from the list of permitted foods (list no. 1) are consumed. No bars, snacking, or baked goods are allowed at this stage. This phase lasts for the first 8 days of the program.
  2. The second phase of the program (3+1) differs from the first only in the choice of vegetables. Unlike the first phase of the program, in this phase, it is allowed to select vegetables from the "VEGETABLE 2" list in limited quantities. From this phase, "VEGETABLES 2" can be consumed for the rest of the program. Everything else remains the same as in the first stage. This phase lasts 9-14. day of the program.
  3. In the third phase of the program (2+2), two MAHONY DIET protein meals and two real meals prepared from both lists of permitted foods (lists No. 1 and No. 2) are consumed. You can already add a side dish from list No. 2 to one of the real meals. It's up to you whether you treat yourself to a side dish for lunch or dinner). No bars, snacking, or baked goods are still allowed at this stage. This phase lasts from the 14th to the 21st. day from the program.
  4. The last phase (1+3) of the program is the connecting point with normal eating, where you prepare most meals according to the list of suitable foods (list no. 1 and no. 2). You can choose vegetables here from both lists, and you can also add one piece of fruit and one dairy product in the form of low-fat yogurt or a glass of milk to your menu. You supplement the menu with only one food from the MAHONY DIET range, which at this stage can also be in the form of bars, snacking, or products from the bakery category. This phase lasts for the last 9 days of the program.

Throughout the program, the menu can be expanded with vegetables from the “VEGETABLES LIST 1" in unlimited quantities.

Do not forget to alternate between salty and sweet instant meals during the day.

Important tips at the end:

  • Drink a lot throughout the diet, at least 2.5 liters of mineral water per day. Coffee does not interfere with the diet in any way (if you need to sweeten it, use substitute sweeteners). Herbal or black tea is also okay, avoid fruit teas during the diet.

  • Do not skip any of the meals, even if you are not hungry.

  • If you're hungry, despite eating the allowed vegetables from list 1 between meals, have one extra instant protein meal!

  • Check your body weight every five days - don't weigh yourself every day!
